Meet our Founders and Leadership Team
Our founders set out with a shared purpose: to create meaningful change in the lives of children and military families. Through their dedication and community spirit, TC Open Charitable Foundation was born. Get to know the individuals whose passion, commitment, and leadership continue to drive our mission forward.
Founder & Co-Chairman
Chris Prado
Chris and his wife Ashley have four children and live in Hudson, OH. He is a Senior Vice President at Ellsworth Advisors and in his free time enjoys coaching and any outdoor activity.
President & Co Chairman
Tom Pirosko
Tom and his wife Melissa have four daughters and live in Venetia, PA. He is a doctor working as the Chief of Emergency Medicine Services at UPMC Washington and UPMC Greene. In addition to the fundraising for the foundation he enjoys volunteering for youth sports and traveling with “the girls”.
Director of Northeast Ohio
Brent Charriere
Brent and his wife Erica reside in Hudson, OH, with their three children Ava, Anna, and Landon. Brent joined the TC Open in 2012 and hosts the golf outing in Northeast Ohio. In his spare time, Brent enjoys coaching football, traveling with his family, and smoking a good cigar.

Rick Prado
Ricks had been working with the foundation since inception in various roles. He and his wife Christy have 2 children and live in McMurray, PA. Eric is the Chief Operating Officer at Intelligent Electronic Systems. He too coaches several sports and enjoys time with his family.
Vice President
Bryan Pirosko
Bryan has been helping with the foundation since the beginning in 1996 taking on several different responsibilities. He and his wife Shannon have two children and live in Venetia, PA. He is an Insurance Advisor with Mercer Advisors. In his spare time, Bryan enjoys going to his kids’ school and sporting events as well as spending time with his friends and family.
Director of Operations
Melissa Pirosko
Melissa has been working with the foundation for over 25 years. Melissa and her husband Tom have four daughters and live in Venetia, PA. Melissa is a wealth manager at Confluence Financial Partners in McMurray, PA. In addition to working with the TC Open, she enjoys running, watching her kids play sports and spending time with family and friends.
Social Media Coordinator
Lexi Pirosko
Lexi is an undergraduate student at Penn State University studying Finance. She started coordinating all social media sites a couple years ago. She is actively involved her sorority Gamma Phi Beta and supporting PSU Thon.
